Mahalo for your interest in our CSA, which helps to "keep the country country", reduces wasteful packaging, and is a conscious step towards health!
We are not certified, but do grow organically. We harvest every Monday, greens, roots, fruits, herbs, eggs, and sometimes offer other value-added goodies. We also provide items from other small organically managed farm. In the past we have worked with @littlekingfruitandflower, Diamond Island Farm and Small Kine farm mushrooms. We love offering backyard abundance from members like you.
Your CSA “share” will be ready for pick-up Monday between noon and six, if you let us know we can hold onto your share. When you arrive, check the board at the farm-stand for anything else you need to grab for your share.
As of May 20204 we are offering greens for the Summer, and asking those interested to join waitlist for CSA relaunch in the Fall.
Food Safety
Although all of our produce is washed after harvest, we ask that you wash at home before consumption. We ask all of our CSA and community members to please educate themselves about Rat Lung Worm (about RLW). In general, don’t consume slugs, don’t eat direct from the garden, wash and inspect greens you eat raw, wash hands and cutting boards, you can always cook greens or freeze greens before use if making smoothies. We don’t want to scare you, we want to educate!
